It’s no surprise that as a venture capital firm that helps companies scale go-to-market, we have been closely watching how AI impacts GTM teams. Having over 600 GTM executives as investors in our fund, we have gained unique insight into the challenges they are facing that AI could help solve. One of the biggest pain points we hear consistently is the ability to get accurate customer data to make decisions about the business.

Addressing a Need for Accurate Customer Data

Historically, we have relied on people to input customer information into a CRM that allows businesses to extract data to make GTM decisions. Mandy knows firsthand the frustration of trying to use that data to generate an accurate revenue forecast or get customer insights on product opportunities or lost deal reasons. Momentum helps companies to automatically capture customer intelligence via call recordings, emails, and Slack Connect channels, and then turn that data into actionable insights to predict and prevent customer churn, inform revenue leaders about forecast risk, streamline processes, and prioritize product. The best part is that it accomplishes all of this without being yet another tool for revenue teams to learn because it is fully integrated (or replaces portions) into all GTM applications, processes all customer data using AI, stores it in Salesforce, and interfaces with the sales team in Slack.

Saving Time, Automating Workflows, and Improving Team Efficiency

Momentum works with numerous customers, including Demandbase, Jasper, Ramp, Zscaler, Owner, among others. These companies are using Momentum to increase data hygiene, automate deal desk workflows, and make their revenue teams more efficient overall. For example, YipitData uses Momentum's AI to automate call summaries and integrate notifications with Slack, enhancing their sales processes. Similarly, Arc benefits from Momentum's CRM integrations, which streamline data management and improve efficiency.
