Our investment criteria

We look for B2B startups that have identified product-market fit.

We also evaluate a company's go-to-market motion, product expansion opportunities, revenue concentration, business model innovation, long-term defensive moats, unique network effects, virality coefficients, and pricing and packaging. 

 

We involve our network in 100% of our deals

From sourcing deals, to referring talent, to coaching founders, to business development, the entire Stage 2 Capital LP base is involved in every stage of the investing and portfolio support process. Many LPs have already joined a portfolio company as an executive, board member, or advisor.
