Yael Burla has a decade of GTM and Product Strategy experience at AI-driven software companies across early stage, late stage, and public organizations. She currently leads the GTM Strategy for AI and several other product areas at Vimeo, where she is redefining the future of work through video. Prior to that, she built and launched algorithms to make hiring more fair, predictive, and explainable by matching people to jobs based on their cognitive and emotional traits. She has a degree in Neuroscience from UPenn, which she leverages to develop AI in a human-centered way and solve customer pain points through long-term differentiation. She is passionate about building multi-modal AI and democratizing technology in a responsible way that benefits society and humanity while minimizing bias and harm.
