Revenue, North America, ShopifyRyan Longfield currently leads Revenue, North America at Shopify. Previously, he was the founding CRO of Gong where he was responsible for building and executing the company’s global revenue-generation strategy.
Before Gong, Ryan joined a small startup in 2009 called LinkedIn and left 10 years later after an IPO in 2011 and an acquisition by Microsoft for $26.2B in 2016. He held various sales leadership roles over this period, including heading up new business acquisitions and small business client growth in North America for the Talent Solutions line of business.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and advises a number of privately-held companies through the challenges of explosive growth.
