Renee is Jay Po's Chief of Staff and focuses on the firm's operating systems and team processes. Renee works closely with Jay to ensure that as a firm, we are delivering the best value to our Founders and LPs alike.Renee comes to Stage 2 from the operating world having worked with senior executives at Rapid7, Quickbase and on the startup floor at Paperless Parts. She has helped numerous leaders and their teams build and optimize processes to scale their operations.
In her personal time, Renee often has paint on her hands - both from her small business as an abstract artist and from chasing her three young girls who often have paint all over themselves. She enjoys reading, running and spending time with her husband Greg.
