I work with digital agencies and AI focused software brands to grow revenue and to maximize the value of the company.
In my consulting practice, I use a collaborative approach working with CEO's and their teams to foster innovation, solve problems and create solutions, and mentor and inspire internal sales and marketing teams to achieve professional goals and meet business objectives. In addition, I am an advisor to my wife in residential real estate. The Wilson Group@Compass provides a boutique level service to the luxury market closing $250 million in transactions within the greater Boston area.
