I’m passionate about technology, business development, and building high-performing teams that drive measurable impact.Currently, I lead a sales team at Databricks, working with innovative startups and Digital Native Businesses (DNBs) to accelerate revenue, unlock new use cases, and reduce infrastructure costs using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Our mission is to empower data-driven founders and builders to scale faster with the right AI and data foundation.
Previously, as a Principal Account Manager at AWS, I helped enterprise clients—especially Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)—grow and enhance their customer experience through scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions. I designed and launched joint go-to-market and co-selling strategies that aligned AWS capabilities with customer outcomes.
Prior to AWS, I advised CXOs and senior executives of publicly traded and privately held companies on how to execute strategy using immersive, gamified learning experiences. I developed and facilitated programs that sharpened consultative selling skills, industry fluency, and executive-level thinking. I’ve led projects across the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe, partnering with clients such as SAP, Deloitte, Cisco, Google, Oracle, and Standard Bank.
I also spent time at Oracle, where I sold the company’s database technology to IT and business leaders in Fortune 500 companies, earning the coveted Against All Odds employee award in 2014.
My entrepreneurial roots run deep—I previously founded a media marketing company and bring a builder’s mindset to every opportunity.
I hold an MBA in International Business from Temple University and École des Ponts Business School.
