As Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at Workday, my mission is to achieve operational excellence through a focus on people, innovation, and scale. Some focus areas include: go-to-market strategy and planning; sales, partner and industry operations; pricing & monetization strategy; demand and pipeline management; revenue enablement; sales systems & tools; and data & analytics. By driving productivity and efficiency across the business, we help employees consistently deliver value to customers, partners, and shareholders.
My leadership approach is grounded in creating an environment based on integrity and trust, where people can thrive professionally. I am active with Workday’s Employee Belonging Councils which work to improve equality for people with disabilities, and I volunteer with internship programs serving under-represented communities.
My previous roles include Senior Vice President, Global Operations at ServiceNow, and Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Operations at VMWare, as well as numerous sales and operations leadership roles at Cisco Systems. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from University of California Davis, and attended the Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
