Through my consultancy Thimble Peak Advisors, I help early stage start-ups with Go-to-Market strategy, sales execution, and business development leadership. I speak and lead workshops on sales, entrepreneurship, and technology topics, at universities and at business conferences globally. As an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business at Oregon State University, I teach Entrepreneurship, Business, and Sales courses. As the Executive Director of SnoPlanks Academy at OSU-Cascades, I helped lead a premier snowboard brand and for-profit Outdoor Products company, run entirely by undergraduate students. With SnoPlanks Academy, OSU is creating the ultimate experiential learning curriculum for our students, in a way that no other university has attempted. Finally, I lead a fourth-generation family foundation dedicated to venture philanthropy. We support non-profit entrepreneurship aligned with HAJBFF's mission of "Supporting Families, Building Community."
