He also leads a team of 750 in GTM Strategy & Planning, Enablement, Compensation, and Tools & Platforms responsible for driving growth & productivity across Cisco’s total salesforce of 20,000 direct and indirect sellers.
Previously, he was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. He was a core member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice as well as the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) practice, with exclusive focus on the Technology sector. He was part of the global Next Gen Sales leadership team and was their global lead for both Customer Success and Software to SaaS Transformations.
