A strategic sales leader with extensive experience building high-performing enterprise SaaS sales teams in Cybersecurity, FinTech, AI and Machine Learning, and MarTech. By combining data with modern, best-in-class SaaS sales strategies, I help organizations create repeatable sales processes to generate more revenue in less time.

As the CRO at Clarity, I developed and executed the company’s revenue strategy, focusing on events and building relationships with VARs to increase the company's ARR by over 100% in 4Q23 from pipeline sourced in 3Q23.

As the VP of Sales at Yembo, I recruited and hired a fully remote sales team during the pandemic, spearheaded initiatives to 3x average contract values in one year, 2x new revenue YoY, and led sales enablement efforts to achieve 120% average rep quota attainment.

Previously, I was the 1st sales hire and 3rd employee at TrendKite (acquired by Cision for $225M), where I built the company’s sales process and sales methodology, transferred it to the rest of the sales org, and coached 8 of the top 10 reps.

When not building sales teams and coaching others on the art of business conversations or sending sick emails, you can find me traveling the world to surf and ski, as well as, playing with my rescue dog, Bronco!
