Josh is a seasoned go-to-market leader with experience building and scaling sales organizations. In his 6 years at Microsoft, Josh worked with a wide range of companies on their digital transformation strategy, helping them take advantage of Microsoft’s cloud offerings. The last part of his career at Microsoft was spent building a sales motion that leveraged ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies and digital selling techniques to grow their SMB business to $150M and growing sales headcount from 5 AEs to 100+ globally. Most recently, Josh now leads the Growth segment at Databricks where he works with Startup companies to adopt Databricks as a platform and core feature of their product, coaching sellers on consumption-first best practices, and building out a Field-Led and Product-Led sales partnership. Josh also supports the Databricks for Startups program.
