My career began as a botanic geneticist, where I observed a communication gap between scientists and business operations. This inspired me to merge both realms, applying the scientific methodology to solve business problems. I've worked for a search fund, a national home care company, a home care SaaS startup, a global workforce management SaaS, and currently a private equity firm in the healthcare sector.
