Caryl is a technology leader with a passion for problem solving and inclusive leadership. She currently works at Databricks, where she has spent the last 6 years helping customers grow with data and AI and scaling out the technical field teams that support them. As a Global Practice Lead at Databricks, she is now responsible for strategy, business processes, operations, and productivity for Solutions Architects and their leaders. Caryl's career started with unconventional experiences -- working in dive shops, international music, and oil rigs. She continues to draw on these diverse influences to bring a fresh perspective to solution design and cross-functional collaboration.
