Go-to-market people leader, with successful operational experience at early stage through to public company environments. Having both lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East and South Africa, also with a unique perspective on how to hire, lead and coach culturally diverse teams to achieve high levels of success and personal development.
Most recent experience is with Arthur, joining at Series A, responsible for starting up operations and leading growth in EMEA. Prior, having joined initially as a founding member of the UK&I sales team at UiPath, latterly had overall revenue responsibility for the UK&I Enterprise & Commercial sales teams through the company’s IPO and beyond. Tenure before then was primarily with Gartner, leading teams who supported CXO’s at end user organisations, as well as technology GTM leaders, helping achieve win-win outcomes.
