Joe Bleich is a proven sales leader with nearly two decades of experience driving GTM strategy and building high performing teams across the public sector market. He currently serves as Region Vice President of Federal GTM at Datadog, where he has spent close to five years growing the company's federal business from the ground up, progressing from Director to Senior Director to his current role. Prior to Datadog, Joe spent nearly eight years at Red Hat leading federal field sales and enablement across agencies and system integrators. His earlier career includes federal sales roles at TIBCO Software and DLT Solutions, giving him deep roots in the federal technology ecosystem. Joe is known for building lasting customer relationships, recruiting and retaining top talent, and translating complex technical platforms into meaningful outcomes for federal agencies. He holds particular expertise in saas, observability, cloud security, open source, and devops.
